【Abstract】 Reviewers are very important for Chinese sci-tech journals because they can control the quality of the papers. In this article,we analyze the factors that affect the selection of the reviewers,give the way to find high quality reviewers,and point out the methods to cooperate with the reviewers. In a word,these suggestions will be helpful for the journals to get new qualified reviewers.更多还原
