【摘要】 采用文献资料和专家访谈等研究方法,以我国世界遗产地为例,对"生态文明"战略机遇期我国体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护创新进行了研究。结果表明:我国世界遗产地具有丰富的体育健身旅游资源,无论在数量和质量上都为发展体育健身旅游提供了良好的空间;但在世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护过程中存在重开发、轻保护;重基础设施建设、轻科学研究;制衡机制失衡;专业人才匮乏等问题。基于此,课题组从实现我国世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发的生态环境、经济效益和社会效益和谐统一的研究视角出发,提出实现"生态文明"战略机遇期我国世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护创新的发展策略,即:构建世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护机制、世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护行政依法治理保障体系、世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护行政管理体系和世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护价值评价指标体系;旨在为我国世界遗产地体育健身旅游资源开发与环境保护创新研究提供理论与实践的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking China’s World Heritage Sites as an example,the author conducted the study of physical fitness tourism resource development and environmental protection innovation during strategic opportunity for ecological civilization by the methods of literature review and expert interview. The result shows that the world heritage sites in China are rich in physical fitness tourism resources and thus providing good opportunities for developing physical fitness tourism in terms of quantity and quality. However,there are some existing problems during physical fitness tourism resource development and environmental protection,such as paying major attention to development and minor attention to protection,paying major attention to infrastructure building and minor attention to scientific research,unbalancing of balance mechanism and lack of professional talents. Based on this,from the research perspective of realizing harmony and unity of ecological environment,economic benefits and social benefits for the physical fitness tourism resource development in China’s world heritage sites,the research group proposes development strategy to realize physical fitness tourism resource development and environmental protection innovation in China’s world heritage sites during strategic opportunity for ecological civilization. That is,to build the mechanism,administrative guarantee system of governance according to law,administrative management system and value assessment indicator system of physical fitness tourism resource development and environmental protection in China’s world heritage sites,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for its research.更多还原
