【摘要】 结合北运河流域现状和治理成果,分析了北运河流域治理中存在的问题,从治污水、防洪水、排涝水、保供水和抓节水等5个方面,即五水共治,提出北运河流域的综合治理模式,建议从"五水共治"规划编制、流域系统综合管理、技术手段、政策制度建设、创新资金筹措渠道和加大社会参与力度等6个方面对北运河流域进行综合治理,为实现北运河流域人水和谐提供一条新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the status quo and treatment performance,existing problems during the treatment procedure of the Beiyun river basin were analyzed.Then the proposal "Five Water Work" was suggested from perspectives of sewage treatment,flood prevention,waterlog drainage,water supply safeguarding,water-saving grasping for Beiyun river basin.Finally,planning formulation of "Five Water Work",integrated management of river basin system,technological means,policy system construction,innovative financing channels,and social participation intensification,were suggested for integrated treatment of Beiyun river basin.更多还原
