城市雨水调控排放在海绵型小区中的应用
Application of storm water detention and controlled discharge technique in urban sponge community
【摘要】 城市雨水调控排放是海绵城市建设雨水综合利用的重要技术措施之一.对于减轻雨水洪涝灾害和改善水生态环境等具有重要的积极意义。对城市雨水调控排放系统的结构组成、调蓄容积的设计方法等进行了论述,并在北京通州永顺新区珠江国际城海绵型小区建设中进行了应用。模拟计算结果表明,对屋顶雨水采用调控排放措施后,1年一遇降雨的外排峰值从0.483 m~3/s下降到0.157 m~3/s,相当于外排径流系数从0.34减少至0.11。
【Abstract】 Storm water detention and controlled discharge is one of the important technical measures for rainwater harvesting during sponge city construction,which is of great significance to reduce the flood disaster and improving the water ecological environment.In this paper,the structure of storm water detention and controlled discharge system is introduced,and the detention volume design method is discussed.In a sponge community named Zhujiangguoji,located at Tongzhou district,Beijng city,the storm water detention and controlled discharge system is applied.Simulation results show that,the peak flow discharge reduced 0.483m~3/s from to 0.157m~3/s,and the runoff coefficient reduced 0.34 from to 0.11.
