【摘要】 目的探讨组织中植入¹²⁵I粒子治疗进展期贲门-胃底癌、胃癌的临床疗效。方法对24例贲门-胃底癌、胃癌患者采用内镜下植入¹²⁵I粒子。植入两个月后评价疗效,随访。结果植入¹²⁵I粒子两个月后,23例自觉症状基本消失,经2年随诊9例死亡,15例存活。结论¹²⁵I粒子组织内植入治疗进展期贲门-胃底癌、胃癌疗效较好,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of radioactive¹²⁵I particles implantation in the treatment of advanced gastric cardia cancer and gastric cancer. Methods We collected 24 cases of gastric cardia cancer,fundus of stomach cancer and gastric cancer. Results¹²⁵I particles were implanted via endoscope. All patients were followed and evaluated for 2 years. After the implantation¹²⁵I particles for Two months after¹²⁵I particles implantation,23 patients’ symptoms disappeared. After following up for 2 years,there were 9 deaths and 15 cases of survival. Conclusion¹²⁵I particles implantation in the treatment of advanced gastriccardia cancer,fundus of stomach cancer and gastric cancer seems to be effective and adverse reaction is minor.更多还原
