基于表面等离子体共振技术检测水杨酸的新方法
A New Method for the Detection of Salicylic Acid Based on Surface Plasmon Resonance Technology
【摘要】 水杨酸是一种广泛应用于医药、香料、染料和农药等方面的重要的有机化工原料,但使用不当会对人体造成伤害.为了对其进行快速灵敏的检测,采用分子印迹技术,以甲基丙烯酸为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯作交联剂,通过光接枝的方法制备了对水杨酸有特异性吸附的分子印迹聚合物;基于表面等离子体共振检测技术研究了此聚合物对不同浓度水杨酸的吸附行为.结果表明所制备的聚合物灵敏度高,对目标分子有较高的识别特性,在10-11~10-6 mol/L浓度范围内对水杨酸的吸附有良好的线性关系,为水杨酸的快速检测提供了一种高灵敏度的新方法.
【Abstract】 Salicylic acid is a kind of important organic raw material,which is widely used in many fields(medicine,spices,dyes and pesticides etc.).However its improper usage can cause serious harm to human body.A rapid and sensitive detection method of salicylic acid was developed in this paper, based on molecularly imprinted technology, methacrylic acid as monomer,ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent.The molecularly imprinted polymer film was prepared by photografting method.Surface plasmon resonance technology was used to study the adsorption behavior of the polymer films at different concentrations of salicylic acid.Results show that the prepared polymer film has a high recognition ability to target molecules.For the concentration range from 10-11 to 10-6 mol/L,agood linear relationship between the coupling angle shifts and the concentrations of salicylic acid indicates that this is a new potential method for the quick detection of salicylic acid.
