电阻点焊区的冲击破坏机理研究
Deformation and Fracture Mechanism of Resistance-spot-welded Specimens under Ballistic Impact on Welded Nugget
【摘要】 利用一级气体炮对QP980高强钢板点焊搭接结构进行一系列点焊区弹道撞击实验。使用全光纤激光多普勒测速仪DISAR-I-35记录电阻点焊区相应位置在撞击过程中的自由面速度历史;通过回收试件,观测不同撞击速度下点焊搭接结构的变形和破坏情况;通过显微维氏硬度测量观察到了焊接热软化区的存在。对实验结果的分析表明,点焊区的冲击破坏特性受搭接边界和焊接热软化区影响。
【Abstract】 The ballistic impact tests of QP980 resistance-spot welded( RSW) lap-joint specimens are conducted on the one-stage gas gun system. All-fiber laser Doppler velocimeter( DISAR-I-35) is used to measure the velocity histories of the free surfaces of RSW lap-joint specimen during impacting. The deformation and fracture conditions of lap-joint specimens at different impact velocities are analyzed through the observation of the recovered RSW specimens. Reduction in vickers micro-hardness is observed in the heat affected zone( HAZ). The research shows that the deformation and fracture behaviours of QP980 RSW specimens are influenced by the overlapping boundaries and the softening of HAZ zone.
