薄壁圆筒结构压损力测试研究及数值模拟

【摘要】 为获得薄壁圆筒结构在冲击载荷环境下承受的压损力,设计调试了存储测试装置。基于轻气炮平台开展了碰靶动态试验,求取了不同着速下碰撞过程中圆筒结构承受的动态过载。基于显式有限元方法构建了薄壁圆筒结构与刚性靶碰撞分析有限元模型,对其在碰靶过程中弹体结构特定位置过载响应进行了数值计算和动态试验,并对测得的数据进行对比。数据分析表明,实物样机试验结果与数值模拟结果具有较高的吻合度,相关结果及实验方法可为核安全壳的结构设计分析提供理论依据和实验方法。

【Abstract】 To study the pressure loss of thin-walled cylinder structure under the impact load,an ammunition storage test system is designed,and the dynamic test is conducted on the base of light gas gun platform. Several groups of dynamic overload data under different experiment conditions are got. The explicit finite element method is used to build a finite element model for collision of typical cylinder structure with rigid target,and the overload response at key position of missile body is calculated. The experimental results are compared. The data analysis shows that the experimental test results are in agreement with the simulated results.
