低成本X52N管线管控轧控冷工艺研发
Development of TMCP Process of Low-cost X52N Line Pipe
【摘要】 文章研究了包钢钢管公司159PQF连轧机组低成本生产规格为Φ159 mm×7 mm、钢级为X52N管线管时,通过控制轧制与控制冷却两方面来组织生产。工业试验表明,在提高钢管拉伸性能的同时,可大幅提高钢管的冲击韧性与各项性能,合理的控轧控冷工艺可使钢管的各项性能满足API5L的标准要求。
【Abstract】 This paper gives a research on the 159 PQF rolling mill of Baotou Steel Pipe Company making the production by controlling the rolling and cooling processes when it produces the low-cost pipe product in specification of Φ159mm ×7mm and in steel grade of X52 N. The industrial tests show that it can improve the tensile properties of steel pipe as well as greatly improve the performance and impact toughness of the pipe. And the reasonable TMCP process can make the performance of the pipe meet the requirement of API5 L standard.
