立磨选粉机流场分析及结构优化
Flow Field Analysis and Structure Optimization for Powder Concentrator of Vertical Roller Mill
【摘要】 对立磨腔体内的选粉机建立固体有限元模型,对选粉机内部建立CFD模型,基于有限体积法应用气-固耦合方法(并结合理论模型以及经验模型)分析选粉机内部流场的特性。从而研究选粉机工艺参数及内部结构对流场影响和选粉能力效率的影响,并提出优化方案或思路。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the characters of inner flow field for powder concentrator are analyzed with gas- solid coupling method based on finite volume method as well as combining with the theoretical model and empirical model by establishing solid finite element model for powder concentrator in vertical roller mill and CFD model in powder concentrator. Moreover,the effects of technological parameters and internal structure for powder concentrator on the flow field and efficiency and capacity of powder- selecting are studied as well as the optimization scheme and ideas are proposed.
