镉在青菜中的富集及对其生理的影响

【摘要】 以3个品种的青菜(Brassica chinensis var.chinensis)"秋田上海青"、"油冬青菜"、"黑叶矮脚油冬"为试材,研究不同浓度镉(Cd)处理对青菜种子发芽以及水培条件下青菜生物量、生理和Cd富集能力的影响。结果表明:Cd对青菜种子发芽的影响呈现低促高抑现象,在Cd浓度为5.0mg/L时,3个品种发芽率达到最高值,分别为91.30%、90.00%和89.30%;在Cd浓度超过20.0mg/L时"秋田上海青"、"油冬青菜"发芽率显著降低(P<0.05)。在Cd浓度超过50.0mg/L时,"黑叶矮脚油冬"发芽率显著降低(P<0.05)。青菜生物量在Cd浓度超过1.0mg/L时受到显著抑制(P<0.05)。Cd对青菜生理生化有胁迫作用,不同品种青菜的叶绿素和可溶性糖含量均随Cd浓度的增加而降低,"黑叶矮脚油冬"在Cd浓度超过1.0mg/L时显著降低(P<0.05)。不同品种青菜Cd富集量均随着Cd浓度的增加而升高,但3个品种富集能力差异显著,"秋田上海青"Cd富集能力显著低于其它2个品种。

【Abstract】 Three Brassica chinensis var.chinensis ‘Akita Shanghai vegetable’,‘Youdong vegetable’,‘Aijiao black leaf vegetable’were used as test materials,the effect of different concentration of Cd on seed germination,and under the hydroponic conditions,physiological and biochemical,and green vegetables Cd accumulation were studied.The results showed that,the effect of Cd on seed germination was that,low concentration would promote growth while high might inhibit the growth of the seed.When Cd concentration of 5.0 mg/L,three varieties of germination rate reached the highest,were 91.30%,90.00% and 89.30% respectively.When it was 20.0 mg/L,seed germination rate of‘Akita Shanghai vegetable’,‘Youdong vegetable’tended to be lower significantly(P<0.05).When it was 50.0mg/L,seed germination rate of‘Aijiao black leaf vegetable’tended to be lower significantly(P<0.05).When it was more than1.0mg/L,the green biomass might be inhibited significantly(P<0.05).With the increase of Cd concentration,the Cd accumulation ability of different varieties of vegetables increased.Besides,When Cd concentration more than 1.0mg/L,the‘Akita Shanghai vegetable’Cd accumulation ability was higher than control,and achieved significant difference(P<0.05).With the increasing of the Cd concentration,Cd accumulation of three vegetables increased.While the Cd accumulation ability were significantly different,that was,‘Akita Shanghai vegetable’Cd concentration was significantly lower than the other two varieties.
