不同基因型番茄幼苗耐弱光指标的筛选
Selection of Weak Light Tolerance Indicators on Different Genotype Tomatoes Seedlings
【摘要】 以耐弱光番茄品系QX、‘小粉’和不耐弱光番茄品系16L、lnf为试材,通过覆盖双层遮阳网研究弱光对温室幼苗生长发育的影响,并筛选出苗期耐弱光指标。结果表明:弱光条件下番茄生长受到抑制,遮光后的壮苗指数均比对照增加,且耐弱光番茄品系显著高于不耐弱光番茄品系;各番茄品系的叶绿素a/b和净光合速率均呈下降趋势,耐弱光番茄品系显著低于不耐弱光番茄品系。该试验初步筛选出壮苗指数、叶绿素a/b、净光合速率作为苗期耐弱光指标。
【Abstract】 Taking weak light tolerance tomato QX and‘Xiaofen’,normal light tomato 16 Land lnf as materials,the effect of weak light on tomato seedlings in greenhouse was studied by covering double sun-shade net,and the weak light tolerance indexes of tomato seedlings were selected.The results showed that tomato growth was restrained in weak light,strong seedling index of tomato in weak light was higher than in normal light,and the weak light tolerance of tomato was significantly higher than normal weak light tomato.The tomato of chlorophyll a/b and net photosynthetic rate declined,the weak light tolerance of tomato significantly less than normal weak light tomato.The strong seedling index,the relative chlorophyll a/b and net photosynthetic rate could be applied as identifying indexes of weak light tolerance in seedling stage.
