【摘要】 目的:观察临床通过阿奇霉素联合热毒宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效并进行安全性评价。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年6月我院门诊收治的支原体肺炎患儿68例,按照随机对照分组法将其分为对照组和治疗组,其中,对照组34例采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注、口服的方式进行治疗;治疗组34例采用于上组治疗基础联合使用热毒宁静脉滴注、口服的方式进行治疗。用药1个月后,分析对比两组临床疗效,退热、啰音消失、咳嗽等身体特征及住院时间,同时分析评价治疗过程中出现的不良反应。结果:1治疗结束后,治疗组34例总有效率为94.12%与对照组的79.41%相比显著较优,经分析差距较大,P<0.05;2治疗组退热、啰音消失、咳嗽消失以及住院时间与对照组34例相比明显较短,经分析差距较大,P<0.05;3两组患儿于治疗时共出现11例胃肠道反应、4例皮疹、7例ALT增高的不良反应,治疗组不良反应发生率为29.41%与对照组的32.35%相比差距较小,P>0.05。结论:阿奇霉素联合热毒宁对于支原体肺炎患儿的不良反应影响较小,退热以及啰音消失等时间相对较短,治疗效率较高,安全性好,值得临床重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical by Azithromycin combined Reduning treatment in children with mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect and safety evaluation. Methods:of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in our hospital from June 2014 to 2016 June 68 cases,according to a randomized grouping method the into control group and treatment group. Among them,the control group of 34 cases are used intravenous infusion of azithromycin and oral treatment; treatment group of 34 cases were used in group therapy combined with intravenous drip of Reduning,oral treatment. After 1 month of medication,analysis and comparison of 2 groups of children with clinical efficacy,antipyretic,rales disappeared,cough and other physical characteristics and length of hospital stay,and analysis the adverse reactions of the treatment process of evaluation. After the end of the treatment,the treatment group(34 cases) with the total effective rate was 94.12% and the control group with 79.41% of compared significantly better,through the analysis of the larger gap,namely(P < 0.05). 2 treatment groups of children with fever,rales disappeared,cough disappeared,and the hospitalization time and the control group of 34 cases is considerably smaller than by analysis of gap is large,P < 0.05. The two groups of children to treatment there were 11 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,4 cases of skin rash,7 cases of adverse reactions to higher ALT treatment group with Incidence rate of adverse reaction for 29.41% and the control group with 32.35% compared to a smaller gap,P > 0.05. Conclusion:Azithromycin combined Reduning for the adverse reactions in children with mycoplasma pneumonia had little effect,antipyretic and rales disappearance time relatively short,higher treatment efficiency,good safety,it is worth clinical attention.更多还原
