【摘要】 目的:分析我院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防应用专项整治前后使用情况。方法:选取2010年专项整治前全年3000例(归为对照组)与2015年专项整治后全年3000例(归为观察组)在我院行Ⅰ类切口手术的患者,对照组围手术期经验性预防使用抗菌药物,观察组围手术期参照相关规范标准合理预防使用抗菌药物,对比专项整治前后两组抗菌药物预防使用情况。结果:观察组即专项整治后抗菌药物预防使用率、用药时机、用药疗程等各项指标,特别是眼科白内障患者预防用药情况的各项指标均优于对照组即专项整治前,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:加强专项整治对于提高抗菌药物预防使用的合理性具有重要意义,可使多项指标趋于合理,值得在Ⅰ类手术切口围手术期推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the type I incision operation in our hospital before and after the application of antibiotic prophylaxis in the use of special rectification.Methods:Select the 2010 special rectification before 3000 cases of patients(control group),and after2015 special rectification 3000 patients(observation group)in line type I incision surgery in our hospital,the control group preventive use of antibiotics during peri operation period of empirical,the observation group peri operation period with reference to the relevant specification standards and prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs,compared with the two groups before and after the special rectification of antibacterial drugs to prevent the use of.Results:Observation group special rectification after antibiotics prophylactic use of rate,medication time,drug treatment and other indicators,especially cataract patients with preventive use of indicators were better than those of the control group before the special rectification,P < 0.05,there is statistical significance.Conclusion:To strengthen the special rectification is important for improving the rationality of preventive use of antibiotics,the number of indicators is reasonable,in type I incision perioperative application.更多还原
