横向振动对列车车轮多边形磨耗的影响

【摘要】 针对列车车轮多边形化问题,探讨分析车辆轮对横向振动对车轮多边形化的影响.基于建立的弹性车辆系统动力学模型,以288km/h和468km/h速度为算例,分别研究车辆正常运行和蛇形失稳工况下车轮与钢轨的接触状态,分析横向振动对车轮多边形磨耗的影响,得到车轮横向振动与车轮多边形磨耗阶数之间的关系.研究了车辆运行速度和车轮半径对车轮多边形磨耗的影响规律.结果表明:随着速度的增大,车轮多边形的阶数随车辆速度的变化具有重复性.在每个重复周期内,多边形阶数随速度增大而减少,速度一定时,车轮多边形阶数随车轮半径减小而减少.

【Abstract】 Aimed at the wheel polygonization problem of the train,this paper discusses the influence of lateral vibration on wheel polygonization.Based on the multi-body system dynamic model,taking the case of 288km/h and 468km/h for the example,wheel and rail contact state is studied on the condition of normal operation and vehicle operating speed being higher than its nonlinear critical speed.The influence of lateral vibration on the wheel polygonization is researched.The relationship between the lateral vibration frequency and the order number of the wheel polygon is obtained.And then,the influence of the vehicle running speed and the wheel radius on the wheel polygonization is studied.The results show that the order number of the wheel polygonization has the repeatability with the increase of speed.In each repeat period,the number of polygons decreases with the increase of speed.In a certain speed,the number of the polygon of the wheel decreases with the decrease of the radius of the wheel.
