【Abstract】 The article clearly defined the quality assurance and quality control of the water quality automatic monitoring station,analyzed the role of the environmental monitoring station on the government outsourcing monitoring task. It go into particularson key points of the quality of the water quality automatic monitoring station operation outsourcing management in five aspects: project service requirements of writing,the scene of quality supervision,quality control measures,using intelligent software to improve the efficiency of quality control. It especially elaborated the quality supervision and evaluation about water station operational service.
