不同地形条件下化工污水处理厂卫生防护距离设置的差异研究

【摘要】 由于国家颁布的《石油化工企业卫生防护距离》(SH 3093-1999)适用于地处平原、微丘陵地区的石化项目卫生防护距离的设定,并未明确界定地形条件的复杂程度对卫生防护距离设定的影响。文章以兰州某石化公司化工污水处理厂升级达标改造项目为例,在确定无组织排放源相关参数及气象资料的基础上,采用AERMOD模式计算项目在改造完成后恶臭气体在简单地形、90×90 m分辨率和30×30 m分辨率三种地形条件下的卫生防护距离分别为800 m、900 m、1 200 m,并与《石油化工企业卫生防护距离》(SH 3093-1999)给出的900 m进行对比,确定采用1 200 m作为该项目的卫生防护距离进行管理。

【Abstract】 "Health Protection Zone Standard for Petrochemical Industry"( SH 3093-1999) promulgated by the state is applicable to health protection distance for plains,micro hilly areas,but did not defined the complexity of the terrain on the impact of health protection distance setting. This article takes an upgrading project of chemical wastewater treatment plant of a petrochemical corporation in Lanzhou as an example. Based on the determination of the relevant parameters of the non organization emission sources and meteorological data,the hygienic buffer zone of odor pollutants,in simple terrain,90* 90 m resolution and 30* 30 m resolution,is 800 m,900 m,1200 m respectively by the calculation of AERMOD. Finally 1200 m is regarded as the hygienic buffer zone after the comparison with 900 m,which is decided by the standard of"Health protection zone standard for petrochemical industry".
