【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes the test principles and methods of the 3main parameters of the integrated operational amplifier,and then through the optimization of the 3 methods,an integrated test circuit is proposed.By using auxiliary amplifier circuit,Protel 99 SE drawing circuit schematics and PCB layout oscilloscope measurement of the output waveform,this design finally realizes the measurement of the input offset voltage,open-loop voltage gain,and common mode rejection ratio.更多还原
