喷钙、铁、锌对草莓花色素苷及光合速率的影响

【摘要】 为探究根外施钙、铁、锌三种元素对草莓果实花色素苷含量和光合速率的影响,分别喷施不同浓度的氯化钙、硫酸亚铁和硫酸锌,钙、铁、锌浓度分别为0.75%、0.80%、0.10%时,花色素苷含量均最高;0.75%钙元素处理22 d后,花色素苷含量增加最明显。钙、铁、锌浓度分别为1.5%、0.6%、0.5%时,叶片的光合速率最高,分别为18.99和20.01μmol·m-2·s-1;在锌元素的4个处理中,光合速率呈现逐渐升高的趋势。钙、铁、锌的较高浓度喷施均造成叶片伤害,以氯化钙的伤害最重。

【Abstract】 To explore the applied calcium,iron,zinc,three elements of strawberry fruit anthocyanin contents and photosynthetic rate,Spray different concentration of calcium chloride,ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate.Anthocyanin contents were presented increase-decrease-increase,decrease-increased,gradually increased three trends. Anthocyanin has the highest content when Calcium,iron,zinc concentrations were 0.75%,1.00%and 0.20%. 0.75% calcium treatment 33 days later,the anthocyanin content increased most significantly.Calcium,iron,zinc concentrations were 1.50%,0.60%,0.50% of the maximum photosynthetic rate,respectively 23.3μmol·m-2·s-1,18.99μmol·m-2·s-1and 20.01μmol·m-2·s-1.In the four treatments in zinc,photosynthetic rate showed a gradual increasing trend. Spraying high concentration of calcium iron and zinc elements will cause damage to the blade,which is the most serious damage to calcium chloride.
