尾纤模块研磨轨迹的仿真及实验研究

【摘要】 尾纤模块研磨质量对闭环光纤陀螺直接耦合光路的插入损耗和陀螺精度有着直接影响。从降低研磨砂纸的磨损程度及保证光纤端面均匀磨损的角度出发,在不同行星齿轮转速及不同研磨距离的情况下对尾纤模块几何中心点在研磨砂纸上的研磨轨迹进行了Matlab仿真分析,得出了一组优化的研磨参数,并进行了研磨实验。实验结果表明建立的研磨方程正确,同时证实行星齿轮转速为1r/min时研磨砂纸利用率高且磨损程度轻。

【Abstract】 Pigtail module grinding quality has a direct impact on the insertion loss and accuracy of the gyro,which is brought by directly coupled optical path of the closed loop fiber optic gyroscope.In this article,simulated and analyzed is the grinding track of the pigtail geometric center point by Matlab from reducing grinding sandpaper wear and ensuring the uniform abrasion of fiber end face in different planet gear speed and different grinding distance,thus a set of optimization of the grinding parameters were obtained,and the grinding experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the established grinding equation is correct,also confirm that the utilization rate of grinding sandpaper is high and the wear of grinding sandpaper is light when planetary gear speed is set as 1r/min.
