Based on analyzing the data of base price of land from 2005 to 2015 in Baoding, a price trend prediction model is built,with which it studies the land price index and land price level of Baoding city in the next five years(2016 —2020). It shows that the land price level would be steady rising. The government should take such measures as perfecting the land price information management system, improving the construction land reserve system, making the construction land supply plan and so on.
