【摘要】 在过去三十多年的城市建设过程中,香港一直面临着人口密集与土地资源稀缺的巨大挑战,为增加土地供应,香港在开发利用地下岩洞空间方面积累了丰富的经验,并建成诸多高效运转的地下设施。自2009年开始,香港政府启动了一系列城市地下空间发展策略及工程技术研究的计划,并已经完成了"善用香港地下空间可行性研究"课题。本文简要介绍香港地下空间开发利用的经验和存在问题,希望能为高速发展的内地城市提供了重新思考现有工作和未来发展的新视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past thirty years of urban construction process,Hong Kong has been faced with the great challenge of dense population and scarce land resources. To increase the supply of land,using underground rock caren space there has been accumulated rich experience in Hong Kong,and many efficient operating facilities have been built. Since 2009,the Hong Kong government launched a series of urban underground space development strategy and engineering technology research program,and has completed"feasibility study on the use of Hong Kong underground space"project. This paper briefly introduces the experience and problems in the development and utilization of underground space in Hong Kong,hoping to provide a new perspective for the rapid development of the mainland city to rethink the existing work and the future development.更多还原
