【摘要】 目的:探讨商环包皮环切术与袖套式包皮环切术对患者术后生活质量的影响。方法:选取包皮过长或包茎的成年人130例,其中采取商环包皮环切手术78例(商环组),传统袖套式包皮环切术52例(袖套组)。比较2组患者术后生活质量。结果:商环组术后2周内疼痛均较袖套组明显(P<0.01),商环组术后3周和4周基本恢复术前基础水平,疼痛程度均轻于袖套组(P<0.01)。术后2周内商环组患者情绪变化均较袖套组大(P<0.05~P<0.01);2组术后3周和4周情绪变化基本恢复术前基本水平。商环组患者术后3 d日常活动明显优于袖套组(P<0.01),2组术后3周和4周日常活动评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。商环组患者术后1~2周体能综合评分和术后3 d至2周思想综合评分均显著高于袖套组(P<0.01)。术后6周包皮环切手术后患者自慰相对困难,自慰快感减低,但对性生活质量无明显影响。结论:2种手术方式对患者术后生活质量影响各有侧重,包皮环切手术对性生活质量无明显的提高,对自慰有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects between Shang-ring circumcision and Sleeve circumcision on the quality of life.Methods: One hundred and thirty adult patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis were treated with Shang-ring circumcision( Shang-ring group,78 cases) and Sleeve circumcision( Sleeve group,52 cases). The quality of life between two groups after operation were compared. Results: The pain in Shang-ring group was more than that in Sleeve group in postoperative 2 weeks( P < 0. 01),which returned to the basic level and was less than that in Sleeve group in postoperative 3 to 4 weeks( P < 0. 01). The emotional change in Shang-ring group was more than that in Sleeve group in postoperative 2 weeks( P < 0. 05 to P < 0. 01),which returned to the basic level in two groups in postoperative 3 to 4 weeks( P < 0. 01). The daily activity in Shang-ring group was better than that in Sleeve group in postoperative 3 days( P < 0. 01),the difference of the daily activity score between two groups was not statistical significance( P >0. 05). The physical composite scores after 1 to 2 weeks of operation and mental composite scores after 3 to 14 days of operation in Shang-ring group were significantly higher than those in Sleeve group( P < 0. 01). After 6 weeks of operation,the masturbation in patients treated with circumcision was difficult,the masturbation pleasure reduced and the effects of which on the quality of sexual life was not obvious. Conclusions: Two kinds of operations have different effects on the postoperative quality of life of patient. The circumcision can not improve the quality of sexual life,which has effect on masturbation.更多还原
