【摘要】 目的:探讨透明细胞肾癌的螺旋CT三期扫描表现及CT分期的价值。方法:对14例经手术病理证实的透明细胞肾癌患者CT三期扫描图像进行分析。结果:CT平扫混杂密度12例,等密度者2例;增强扫描2例强化峰值80.94 Hu;12例强化峰值>105 Hu;患者皮髓交界早期强化程度明显高于肾实质期(P<0.01);CT分期与病理分期相比,具有较高的准确率。结论:螺旋CT三期扫描可对透明细胞肾癌作出明确诊断,CT分期对术前方案制定有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of the three phases spiral CT scan manifestation and its value in CT staging in clear cell renal carcinoma. Methods: The images of three phases CT scan in 14 patients with clear cell renal carcinoma confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed. Results: CT scan mixed density in 12 cases and isodensity in 2 cases were found. The improved peak of enhanced scan in 2 cases and 14 cases were 80 to 94 and more than 105 Hu,respectively. Early intensive degree of corticomedullary was significantly higher than that in renal parenchyma( P < 0. 01). Compared with the pathological staging,the accuracy of CT staging was high. Conclusions: Three phases spiral CT scan can clearly diagnose the clear cell renal carcinoma,which has certain guiding significance in formulating the preoperative scheme.更多还原
