【摘要】 目的探讨雄激素受体(AR)在人Luminal B型乳腺癌中的表达情况及其与临床特征间关系。方法选取76例Luminal B型乳腺癌患者病理标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测AR表达情况,同时分析AR的表达与乳腺癌患者年龄、绝经与否、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、组织分级、临床分期及Her-2的关系。结果 76例Luminal B型乳腺癌患者中,AR表达阳性的患者54例,阳性率为71.1%。AR阳性表达率在年龄、肿瘤直径、是否绝经、组织学分级、Her-2是否阳性中差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。不同TNM分期肿瘤患者AR表达情况不同,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 AR在Luminal B型乳腺癌中具有较高的表达率,且其与肿瘤临床分期有关,AR可能为Luminal B型乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of androgen receptor(AR) in Luminal B breast cancer and the correlation with clinical characteristics. Method Immunohistochemical staining was adopted to detect the expression of AR in 76 specimens of Luminal B breast cancer, and then the correlation between AR expression and patient’s age, menstrual status, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, clinical stage, tumor grade, and Her-2 were analyzed. Result In 76 patients with Luminal B breast cancer, positive AR expression was observed in 54 patients, with a positive rate of 71.1%. There were no significant differences between the positive expression of AR and age, tumor size, menstrual status, histological grade, as well as the expression of Her-2(P>0.05), while AR expression was associated with tumor TNM stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of AR was high in Luminal B breast cancer, and it is associated with the clinical stage of tumor, which may provide a new target for the treatment of Luminal B breast cancer.更多还原
