【摘要】 目的探讨肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞联合微波消融对肝癌患者甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平、复发率及生存时间的影响。方法选取肝癌患者80例,随机分为肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗组(联合治疗组)和单独肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞治疗组(单独治疗组),每组各40例。对两组患者的AFP水平、复发率及生存时间等进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于单独治疗组(P﹤0.05);联合治疗组患者的AFP阳性率低于单独治疗组,AFP水平下降率高于单独治疗组(P﹤0.05);联合治疗组患者的中位生存期长于单独治疗组,1年、2年、3年生存率均高于单独治疗组(P﹤0.05);联合治疗组患者的不良反应发生率、复发率均低于单独治疗组(P﹤0.05)。结论肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞联合微波消融能有效降低肝癌患者AFP水平及复发率,延长患者的生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influences of hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation on AFP level, recurrence rate and survival time of patients with liver cancer. Method 80 cases of liver cancer were randomized as study group(combined therapy of hepatic arterial chemoembolization + microwave ablation) and the control group(hepatic arterial chemoembolization alone), with 40 cases in each. The level of AFP, recurrence rate and survival time of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Result The overall response rate of study group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The study group had lower positive rate of AFP than the control group, while the percentage of patients with decreased AFP level was higher in study group than that of control group(P<0.05); The median survival time, and the 1-, 2-, and 3-year survival rate were higher in study group than in control group(P<0.05); Furthermore, less adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate were observed in study group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation can effectively reduce the AFP level and recurrence rate, while prolong the survival time of patients with liver cancer.更多还原
