【摘要】 城镇化是中国经济发展方式转型的大趋势,而农民的认识是影响城镇化发展水平的重要因素,也是解决好人地矛盾,保持社会安定的重要因素。采用问卷调查及统计分析的方法对安阳市所辖四县四区一市进行研究发现:农民在市民化、宅基地的整治、土地所有权的转让、老年后的归属等方面有很大的差异,以此提出转变农民认识的政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is the trend of the mode of China’s economic development transformation. The farmers’ cognition understanding is an important factor affecting the level of urbanization development,and also the important factor to solve the contradiction between the population and field to keep social stability. Using the method of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to analyze farmers in the four districts of the city of Anyang,the research finds that there are a lot of differences in the following fields: the farmers’ role in the process of urbanization,the renovation of the homestead,the transfer of land ownership,the problem of attribution of sneer citizens and so on. Based on the analysis,some suggestions to change farmers’ thinking are raised.更多还原
