高效杀菌剂嘧菌酯合成工艺优化研究
Process Optimization on the Synthesis of the Efficient Bactericide Azoxystrobin
【摘要】 以3-(α-甲氧基)甲烯基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮为原料,通过合成稳定的中间体3,3-二甲氧基-2-(2-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯,成功地规避了传统工艺中稳定性较差的中间体(E)-3-甲氧基-2-(2-羟基苯基)-丙烯酸甲酯,同时优化了各种反应条件(配比、温度、反应时间等因素),简化了后处理过程,使嘧菌酯终端产品生产成本得以降低,并进行了初步的工业化中试生产。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Azoxystrobin is synthesized by 3-( α-methoxy) methylene-benzofuran-2( 3H)-one,through synthesized the 3,3-dimethoxy-2-( 2-hydroxyphenyl) propionate. The route successfully circumvents the poor stability of intermediate( E)-3-methoxy-2-( 2-hydroxyphenyl)-acrylate. Meanwhile,optimize the reaction conditions( the factor of ratio,temperature,reaction time,etc.)and simplify the post-treatment process. Finally,It carries out preliminary commercial process and the cost of azoxystrobin is successfully reduced.
