身体功能训练对网球专项学生功能动作筛查(FMS)和运动损伤率的影响
Effect Of Body Function Training On Students’ Professional Tennis Function Screening And Sports Injury Rate
【摘要】 目的:将身体功能训练运动到网球专项学生的体能训练中进行研究,观察其对身体基本运动功能和运动损伤的影响。方法:选取合肥某高校50名学生,将其分为实验组和对照组进行为期16周的实验,实验组在体能训练中加入身体功能训练方案,对照组按现行的方式进行体能训练,实验前后对2组学生的身体基本运动功能和运动损伤率进行对比和评估。结果:实验组和对照组相比学生的FMS测试得分得到显著性提高,实验组伤病率由30%下降到12.3%,和对照组相比运动损伤率显著下降。结论:身体功能训练能够有效提高网球专项学生基本运动功能,改善其动作中的弱链环节,降低运动损伤率的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective: the body function training to tennis special physical training of students in study,to observe its influence on the basic function and exercise physical exercise injury. Methods: 50 students from a university in Hefei were divided into the experimental group and control group for a period of 16 weeks of the experiment,the experimental group in physical training with body function training scheme and control group according to the current way of physical training,before and after the experiment on two groups of students’ body basic movement function and injury rates were compared and evaluated. Results: the experimental group and the control group compared with the FMS test scores of students in experimental group significantly increased,the injury rate dropped from 30% to 12. 3%,compared with the control group sports injury rate decreased significantly. Conclusion: the body function training can effectively improve the students majoring in tennis basic movement function,improve the weak link in its action,reduce the damage rate of movement.
