【Abstract】 The Belt and Road policy brings new opportunities to the development of Anshan’s foreign trade and economic cooperation,including the construction of infrastructure by countries along the line provides the way of dissolving excess capacity,opening up new route for superior enterprises to carry out overseas investment,winning opportunity for Haicheng and Xiliu’s clothes entering into the Silk Road new market. Anshan should seize dividend policy to support enterprises to output superior and surplus capacity,optimizing the export structure,opening up the world market,expanding investment promotion and capital introduction,building the important industrial zone,cultivating new advantage of foreign trade competition,improving the environment of import and export.更多还原
