【摘要】 应用型本科高校生物技术专业学生需要在掌握坚实的理论基础上,具有较高的实践动手能力。通过问卷调查生物技术专业学生的学习和就业的心态、现状,探讨如何更好地引导学生心理预期和设置课程提高学生的理论水平和动手能力。结果表明生物技术专业学生大一到大三拥有考研理想的比例较高,但大四付诸行动并不多,考研方向主要集中在微生物和分子生物学两个专业。从大一到大四都有近40.0%的学生并不打算从事生物相关的工作,近60%的学生最想从事的是研发和技术操作相关的工作,并且生物医药是大部分学生想就业的方向。有近一半的学生认为实习课程是提高动手能力最有用的课程。学院应积极引导学生正确认识我校的专业优势,从课程设置上体现学校的学科优势,将我校生物技术专业办成优势突出、特色鲜明的农业科学方向的生物技术专业,特别是通过切实加强实习课程和毕业论文的动手训练,提高学生的动手能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The students of biotechnology are required to master solid theoretical basis,with a higher practical ability in application-oriented university. These were explored as to how to better guide the students’ psychological expectations and set curriculums in order to improve students’ theoretical level and practical ability through the questionnaire of biological technology professional students on their mentality and current situation of employment and learning. The results show that the postgraduate entrance examination proportion is higher from freshman to junior,however,the proportion acting is lower. The microbiology and molecular biology are two major professional for Pub Med. Nearly 40. 0% of students do not intend to engage related biological vocation from freshman to senior. Nearly 60. 0% of students want to be engaged in occupation of research and development,technical operations if they engage biological related occupation. The biological medicine is the most expected employment direction. Nearly half of students consider that the practicums are the most useful course to improve the practical ability. College should guide the students to rightly recognize and set curriculum to reflect the advantages of subject of our university. Our biotechnology professional will become prominent advantage,distinctive characteristics agricultural biotechnology professional. The students’ practical ability will be improved by trainingof practicing curriculum and graduation thesis.更多还原
