【摘要】 目的:探讨《护理质量监控表》在EICU护理质量管理中的应用效果,提高护理水平。方法:应用自行设计的EICU护理质量监控袁对急诊危重患者的护理工作进行检查、评估、改进和评价,动态、持续地改进质量,比较使用监控表前后的护理质量及患者满意度。结果:使用监控袁1年后,EICU护理质量及患者满意度评分均得到显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在EICU使用《护理质量监控表》检查护理质量,有利于护理质量的持续改进,提高急诊重症患者的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effect of "nursing quality monitoring table" in the nursing quality management of EICU,to improve the nursing level.Methods:The self-made nursing quality monitoring table for EICU was used in inspection,assessment,improvement and judgment of the nursing of critical patients in emergency,in order to dynamically and continuously improve the nursing quality,and compared the nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction before and after the usage of the table.Results:1 year after the using of the monitoring table,the scores of EICU nursing quality and patients’ satisfaction were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The usage of "nursing quality monitoring table" in the inspection of nursing quality in EICU is propitious to continuously improve the nursing quality and increase the satisfaction of critical patients in emergency.更多还原
