【摘要】 目的:观察止汗复元汤治疗全膝关节置换术术后汗出的疗效。方法:回顾性分析35例全膝关节置换术术后汗出患者的临床资料,选取符合条件的患者作为调研对象,评价止汗复元汤的治疗效果。结果:35例患者中,治愈26例,好转7例,未愈2例,总有效率为94.3%。结论:全膝关节置换术术后汗出发生率很高,医务工作者应该重视:以止汗复元汤为主方的治疗方案对全膝关节置换术术后汗出有良好疗效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhihan Fuyuan decoction for sweating after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 35 cases of patients of sweating after total knee arthroplasty,and selected eligible patients as research objects,evaluated the efficacy of Zhihan Fuyuan decoction.Results:In the 35 cases of patients,26 cases were cured,7 cases turned better and 2 cases invalid,the overall response rate was 94.3%.Conclusion:The occurrence of sweating after total knee arthroplasty is high,medical workers should pay more attention on it;Zhihan Fuyuan decoction has a good curative effect on sweating after total knee arthroplasty,deserves clinical promotion.更多还原
