【摘要】 目的:探讨心脏复律除颤器(CRT-D/ICD)植入术后放电患者的心理焦虑问题以及干预措施。方法:选取植入CRT-D/ICD术后放电患者36例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各18例。对照组患者只接受起搏器常规护理,干预组患者在此基础上每天接受针对性的心理护理干预措施,并且应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者入院及出院时焦虑程度进行对比分析。结果:两组患者入院时均存在明显的焦虑情绪,干预前焦虑情绪无明显差异。对照组患者入院及出院时焦虑水平无明显差异,干预组患者出院时焦虑水平显著低于入院时,且干预组患者出院满意度明显高于对照组。结论:实施针对性的心理护理干预能有效降低CRT-D/ICD植入术后放电患者的焦虑情绪,是一种有效可行的护理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To iinvestigate the psychological anxiety and intervention of the patients who suffered from the cardioverter defibrillators discharge after implantation.Methods:36 patients were involved in this study, and they were divided into two groups(case and control) randomly.The patients in the control group were only given conventional nursing care, while the patients in the case groups were additionally given psychological intervention. And the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) were applied to analysis the anxiety changes.Results:Both of the two groups shown apparently anxiety when being admitted to hospital, and there were no significant difference between the two groups. The anxiety of the patients in the case group reduced significantly when the patients went out of hospital, while there were no differences for the control group. And the degree of satisfactions in the case group was apparently higher compared to the control group.Conclusion:The psychological intervention could efficiently relieve the anxiety of the patients who suffered from the cardioverter defibrillators discharge after implantation, therefore the psychological intervention is an effective and feasible nursing measure.更多还原
