【摘要】 目地:探讨老年骨折卧床患者便秘的原因及护理分析。方法:选择某医院骨科连续收治的91例老年骨折卧床患者,采用自行设计便秘问卷进行调查,然后针对导致便秘的原因给予有针对性的护理干预,对照分析手术前、后及护理干预后的便秘发生率。结果:Logistic回归分析结果显示是否习惯床上排便、床上活动量、饮食结构和术后应用镇痛药物是影响术后发生便秘的独立因素。护理干预后便秘的发生率为14.29%,明显低于手术前、后的59.34%和80.22%(P<0.05)。结论:针对导致老年骨折卧床患者发生便秘的因素采取相应的护理措施能有效降低便秘的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the causes and nursing care of constipation in elderly patients with fractures in bed. Method:hospital is continuous from 91 cases of fractures in the elderly bedridden patients, using selfdesigned questionnaire of constipation are investigated. Then the lead to give the cause of constipation have for nursing intervention and compared before surgery, and nursing stem prognosis incidence of constipation.Results:The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent factors affecting the occurrence of constipation were the habits of bed, the amount of activity, the diet structure and postoperative analgesic drugs. The incidence of constipation after nursing intervention was 14.29%, which was significantly lower than that before surgery, after 59.34% and 80.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing measures can reduce the incidence of constipation in the patients with constipation caused by fracture in bed.更多还原
