【摘要】 目的:探论孕早期切口妊娠超声检查的表现特点与鉴别方法。方法:对某医院收治的132例子宫疤痕切口妊娠的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经由超声检查后,病理及手术证实,诊断出切口妊娠117例,10例误诊为难免流产,5例误诊为宫颈妊娠,切口妊娠超声检查诊断率为88.6%(117/132)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在孕早期切口妊娠诊断中具有重要应用价值,其能为临床治疗提供有效的诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the theory of early pregnancy incision pregnancy ultrasound examination of the performance characteristics and differential method.Methods:in our hospital in February 2012 to February 2016 were the clinical data of 132 cases of uterine incision scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:by ultrasound, the pathology and surgery, confirmed diagnosis of incision pregnancy in 117 cases,10 cases were misdiagnosed as inevitable abortion,5 cases were misdiagnosed as cervical pregnancy, incision pregnancy ultrasound diagnostic rate was 88.6%(117/132).Conclusion:color doppler flow imaging(cdfi) incision in pregnancy diagnosis in the early stages of pregnancy has important application value, it can offer effective diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.更多还原
