【摘要】 目的:探讨专科标准化交接流程在神经外科手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:某医院260例手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用常规术后交接流程,观察组患者通过制订神经外科手术患者手术交接流程表格,实施专科标准化交接流程,规范神经外科手术患者手术交接过程。结果:观察组术后患者交接平均耗时(11.8±2.7)min,对照组为(19.5±3.1)min,观察组因双方护理人员交接而产生问题的发生率为6.92%,对照组为25.4%,观察组患者对护理服务满意度为96.7%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:运用专科标准化交接流程,既规范了神经外科手术患者手术交接,提高护理工作效率,保证患者护理安全,促进各护理单元的团结协作,也大大提高了患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application of standardized handover process in neurosurgery patients.Methods:260 neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into two groups—a control group with conventional postoperative handover process,and a trial group with standardized handover process by formulating postoperative transfer form.Results:the mean postoperative handover time-consuming was(11.8±2.7) min in the trial group and(19.5±3.1) min in the control group, the incidence of inappropriate handover was 6.92% and 25.4%,respectively.The patient’s satisfaction rate of trial group(96.7%) was significantly higher than control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion:standardized handover process, which enhances the efficiency of nursing care,is associated with a decrease in the loss of patient information, an improvement in the quality of communication during postoperative transfer,an increase in patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
