自发性高血压大鼠一般指标及窦房结形态结构变化

【摘要】 目的:探讨自发性高血压大鼠窦房结(SAN)形态结构变化及厄贝沙坦对其影响。方法:自发性高血压大鼠30只健康雄性大鼠,体重(200±20)g,实验动物随机分为3组:1SHR对照组WKY组10只;2SHR组10只;3厄贝沙坦治疗组10只。WKY组和SHR组同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃每天1次,持续喂养8周。智能无创血压计测定大鼠尾动脉血压,光镜下观察SAN病理形态学变化。结果:SHR的模型组随着周龄增加血压逐渐增高。对照组大鼠窦房结区域内细胞小而密,核正常,窦房结细胞无变性、坏死。结论:SHR大鼠SAN8周后出现间质胶原塑;厄贝沙坦能降低SHR大鼠的血压,改善心功能,可不同程度下调SAN间质胶原的沉积。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the spontaneous hypertension rat sinoatrial node(SAN) effect of morphological changes and irbesartan on the. Methods: Spontaneously hypertensive rats 30 healthy male SD rats, weighing200 ± 20 g, the experimental animals were divided for three groups: SHR and control WKY group(10 rats); II SHR group(n = 10); 3 irbesartan treatment group(n= 10). WKY group and SHR group of the same dose of normal saline was fed 1 times a day for 8 weeks. The blood pressure of the tail artery was measured by the intelligent non invasive blood pressure monitor, and the pathological changes of SAN were observed under light microscope. Results:The blood pressure of SHR model group increased gradually with the age of the week. in the control group the rat sinoatrial node area were small and dense, nuclear normal sinoatrial node cells without degeneration and necrosis.Conclusion:San in SHR rats after 8 weeks of interstitial collagen remodeling; irbesartan can reduce blood pressure in SHR rats, improve heart function, reduced to varying degrees of San interstitial collagen deposition.
