川芎中阿魏酸和川芎嗪的提取及检测方法研究
The Extraction and Determination Methods of Ferulic Acid and Ligustrazine in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort
【摘要】 采用超声波微波协同萃取法提取川芎中的阿魏酸和川芎嗪,并采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行检测,结合单因素试验和正交试验确定提取有效成分的最佳条件.结果表明:在以乙醇为提取溶剂,川芎嗪的最佳工艺方案为提取时间25min,微波功率400W,超声波功率400W,搅拌速度400r/M;阿魏酸的最佳工艺方案为提取时间25min,微波功率400W,超声波功率600W,搅拌速度500r/M.
【Abstract】 Using ultrasonic and microwave methods to extract Ferulic acid and Ligustrazine in chuanxiong,using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC),combining with the single factor test and orthogonal test to determine the best condition of extracting effective components. The results show that the extracted by ethanol as the solvent,the best technology of ligustrazine scheme for extracting time of 25 min,microwave power 400 w,400 w ultrasonic power,stirring speed 400 r / M; The best technology of ferulic acid solution for extraction time of 25 min,microwave power 400 w,ultrasonic power 600 w,stirring speed 500 r / M.
