腐植酸对盐胁迫下水稻幼苗生长和解剖结构的影响
The Influence of Humic Acid on Seedling Growth and Anatomical of Oryza sativa L. in Salt Stress
【摘要】 该文以水稻作为实验材料,用不同浓度腐植酸浸泡水稻籽粒后,在8g/L的盐胁迫培养其幼苗,通过对幼苗各指标包括根长、地上部长、根重、地上部重以及各部分的解剖结构的分析研究,综合各腐植酸浓度对各部位的影响效果得出:在8g/L盐胁迫下,2.5g/L的腐植酸溶液对水稻幼苗的形态、生物量及其解剖结构的缓解作用显著。
【Abstract】 Taking rice as experiment material,under salt stress of 8g/L,after seed soaking with different concentra-tion of humic acid rices,cultivate the seedlings under salt stress.Through of the seedlings of various indicators in-cluding root length,length of ground,root weight,weight of ground and the analysis and study of the anatomical struc-ture of each part,the effect of various concentrations on the various parts showed the concentration of 2.5g/L of thehumic acid on the morphology,biomass and anatomical structure of rice seeding were stimulative.
