【摘要】 该文利用SPSS软件对44份花生品种资源的蛋白质、油酸、亚油酸、油亚比(O/L)、硬脂酸等主要品质性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。结果显示:主成分分析表明,将21个品质性状综合成为3个主成分因子,可代表花生品质80.069%的原始数据信息量;聚类分析表明,44个花生品种可划分为5类,各类别间品质和遗传距离有较大差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comprehensive evaluation on peanut quality traits can provide the basis for peanut quality breeding andproduction.Principal component and cluster on peanut quality traits were analyzed by using SPSS software.The re-sults showed that the 21 traits were consolidated into 3 principal components which accounted for 80.069% of totalvariation.44 peanut varieties were divided into 5 categories through cluster analysis,and there was a wide genetic dis-tance and quality between each categories.更多还原
