【摘要】 该文探索了石化工业污水在植物细胞水平上的致畸作用,应用小麦根尖微核方法,对石化工业污水培养下小麦根尖细胞有丝分裂的微核、有丝分裂指数、染色体畸变进行了研究。结果表明,石化工业污水对小麦根尖细胞的致畸作用表现在出现微核、双微核、染色体落后、染色体断片、抑制根尖细胞有丝分裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore teratogenic effects of petrochemical industrial wastewater on plant cell,using micronucleusmethod of wheat root cell,micronucleus,mitotic index,and chromosomal aberrations were studied in cell mitosis ofwheat root tip cultured in petrochemical industry sewage.The results indicated that teratogenic effects of petrochemi-cal industrial wastewater on wheat root tip cells:the appearance of micronuclei,double micronuclei,chromosomelagging,chromosome fragment,and inhibition of mitosis in root tip cells.更多还原
