乙二醇双偏苯三甲酸酐在环氧粉末涂料中的应用
Study on the Applaition of Ethylene Glycol Bis(Trimellitic Anhydride)in Epoxy Powder Coatings
【摘要】 乙二醇双偏苯三甲酸酐(TME)是一种酸酐型固化剂,可用在环氧树脂体系中。用环氧树脂(E-12)为基体,研究了TME在环氧粉末涂料中作为固化剂的较佳用量及较佳的固化条件。考查了TME单独及与苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)按一定比例混合后对涂膜性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Ethylene glycol bis(trimellitic anhydride)(TME)is a kind of anhydride curing agent,and it is used in epoxy resin system.Using epoxy resin(E-12)as the matrix,the better amount of TME and the better curing conditions were studied in epoxy powder coatings. The effect of TME on the film properties was investigated,and the effect of mixture of TME and benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)on the film properties was also investigated.
