机器视觉在我国农业中的应用研究进展分析

【摘要】 随着图像处理、模式识别、人工智能等技术的不断发展,机器视觉技术在我国农业上的研究逐步深入,并取得了许多重要成果。本文基于中国知网全文数据库检索系统,对我国基于机器视觉的农业研究进行了博、硕士学位论文与期刊论文的统计、分析。结果显示,我国农业机器视觉研究主要涉及检测、图像处理、轨迹跟踪与车辆导航、模式识别及其应用等主题,主要集中在图像信息获取方法、图像处理与识别算法、智能导航算法以及系统集成应用等方面,以《农机化研究》、《农业工程学报》和《农业机械学报》为主要发表刊物,主要受国家自然科学基金、国家高技术研究发展计划("863"计划)、国家科技支撑计划、省科技攻关计划、省自然科学基金等项目支持,国内研究机构以中国农业大学、南京农业大学、浙江大学、华南农业大学、山西农业大学和江苏大学为主。但目前我国基于机器视觉的农业研究在作物生长信息检测、杂草识别、变量控制、机械智能导航、采摘与分选等方面离实用化、商品化仍有一定的距离,集成符合我国农业发展实际的机器视觉技术系统将是今后重要的研究方向。本研究为机器视觉在我国农业上的进一步应用研究提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The research on machine vision technology in agriculture in China is gradually deepened with the development of image processing,pattern recognition and artificial intelligence technologies. Many achievements have been obtained. Based on the full- text database retrieval system of CNKI( China National Knowledge Infrastructure),the statistical analysis is carried out on dissertations and journal articles to study the research progress of machine version in agriculture. It was summarized that the main research topics included vision measuring,image processing,trajectory tracking and vehicle navigation,pattern recognition and their application and so on,which focused on imageinformation acquisition method,image processing and recognizing algorithm,intelligent navigation algorithm and system integration application,etc. The main academic journals about these topics were the Journal of Agricultural Mechanization Research,the Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering and the Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery. The researches on machine vision technology in agriculture were mainly funded by the National Natural Science Foundation,the National High- Tech Research and Development Projects( "863"Projects),the National Sci- Tech Support Plan,the Provincial Key Research Project,the Provincial Natural Science Foun-dation,etc. The research organizations mainly included China Agricultural University,Nanjing Agricultural University,Zhejiang University,South China Agricultural University,Shanxi Agricultural University and Jiangsu University. But there were still some distances between researches and practical and commercial utilizations in crop growth information measurement,weed recognition,variable control,mechanically intelligent navigation,picking and sorting,etc. To integrate the system of machine vision technology based on the practical developing of agriculture would be the important research direction in future in China. This study provided references for further study on machine vision in agriculture in China.
