快速高效的半边莲组织培养体系研究
Research on Rapid and High-Efficient Tissue Culture System for Lobelia chinensis
【摘要】 为保护和利用半边莲种质资源,建立快速高效的组织培养体系,本研究以野外采集的半边莲顶芽和茎段为外植体,利用MS培养基为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的6-BA和NAA,研究半边莲合适的芽诱导和生根培养基。结果表明,半边莲的最适芽诱导和生根培养基分别为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA和MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,其芽诱导率和生根率分别为97.0%和95.5%,组培苗长势好,移栽成活率达100%。本研究建立了半边莲快速高效的组织培养体系,为其资源的保存和利用提供了技术保障。
【Abstract】 Aiming to protect and utilize the germplasm resources of Lobelia chinensis,its rapid and high- efficient tissue culture system was established in this research. The apical buds and stem segments of wild Lobelia chinensis were used as explants. The optimum media for shoot and root induction were MS + 2. 0mg / L 6- BA and MS + 2. 0 mg / L 6- BA + 0. 5 mg / L NAA,respectively. With these media,the induction rate of shoots and roots reached 97. 0% and 95. 5% respectively,and the seedlings grew well with the survival rate of transplant as 100%. This study provided technical supports for conservation and utilization of Lobelia chinensis germplasm resources.
