【摘要】 分别采用考马斯亮蓝法和苯酚-硫酸法测定雌雄全蝎中蛋白质及多糖的含量,研究雌雄全蝎中蛋白质及多糖的含量差异。结果表明:雄蝎中蛋白质和多糖含量分别为83.9 mg/g和3.21 mg/g,雌蝎中蛋白质和多糖含量分别为68.3 mg/g和4.45 mg/g,雄蝎中含有较多的蛋白质,而雌蝎中含有较多的多糖。雌蝎、雄蝎中所含蛋白质及多糖的含量存在差异,预测其药效作用也应有一定区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of protein and polysaccharide in male and female scorpions were measured by coomassie blue staining and phenol sulfuric acid method to compare the differences. The results showed that the contents of protein and polysaccharide in male Scorpion were 83. 9 mg / g and 3. 21 mg / g respectively,while those in female Scorpion were 68. 3 mg / g and 4. 45 mg / g respectively. The male Scorpion had more protein. The female Scorpion had more polysaccharide.
