葡萄糖氧化酶和细胞色素C对盐生杜氏藻细胞密度及β-胡萝卜素积累的影响
Effects of Exogenous Glucose- Oxidase and Cytochrome C on Cell Density and β- Carotene Accumulation of Dunaliella salina
【摘要】 为了解外源物质对盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella salina)生长和β-胡萝卜素积累的影响,本试验以分离自运城盐湖的一株盐生杜氏藻(D.salina YC01.)为材料,在培养基中添加外源葡萄糖氧化酶和细胞色素C,研究其对盐生杜氏藻细胞密度和β-胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果表明,葡萄糖氧化酶浓度9 mg/L、细胞色素C浓度1μmol/L时,盐生杜氏藻细胞密度和β-胡萝卜素含量同时最大,因此,为两种外源物质的最优添加浓度。
【Abstract】 Using Dunaliella salina YC01.,isolated from Yuncheng Salt Lake,as material,the effects of exogenous glucose- oxidase and cytochrome C on the growth of D. salina and β- carotene accumulation were investigated. The results showed that the cell density and β- carotene content of D. salina were both maximum when the concentrations of glucose- oxidase and cytochrome C were 9 mg / L and 1 μmol / L,respectively. It indicated that the optimal additive concentrations of glucose- oxidase and cytochrome C were 9 mg / L and 1 μmol / L.
