【摘要】 针对鞍钢集团煤化工事业部回收车间焦油、硫酸铵和轻苯三大产品的收率明显下降情况,分析了配煤挥发分、炉顶空间温度和结焦时间以及配煤主要煤种对三大产品收率的影响。结果表明,配煤挥发分、气煤是煤焦化三大产品收率的主要影响因素,并建立了相应的数学预测模型,为今后生产提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of such factors as the volatile content in coal blending, temperature of oven roof space and coking time as well as the main types of coal for coal blending on the yield of the three kinds of products such as tar, ammonium sulfate and light benzene was analyzed with regard to the sharp decrease in the yield of these products recycled by the recovery plant in Chemical Engineering Department of Ansteel Group Corporation. The analytical results show that the volatile content in coal blending and gas coal are the main factors for affecting the yield during coke-making and so the corresponding mathematical prediction model was established, which can be to used for the production.更多还原
