PET热氧老化过程的光学性质变化
Changes of Optical Properties in Hot Oxygen Oxidation Process of PET
【摘要】 通过热氧加速老化实验分析不同温度下聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)瓶状成品特殊基团数量的变化,研究其黄色指数、透明度等光学性质变化的规律。结果发现,PET在热氧老化过程中随着老化时间的延长、老化温度的升高,羟基指数减少,羧基指数增加,色差和黄色指数增大,透明度减小,可以将光学性质作为表征材料老化规律及寿命预测的参考因素之一。
【Abstract】 By thermal oxygen accelerated aging test under different temperature,the changes in the number of special groups of PET bottle samples were analyzed to study the optical properties including yellow index and transparency.It is found that in the PET thermal aging process,with the aging time,aging temperature increasing,hydroxy index decreases,the carboxyl index increases,color and yellow index increase too,also transparency reduces.Optical properties can be used as one of reference factors in characterization of materials aging and life prediction.
