【摘要】 综述了高光免喷涂丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)合金的研究进展,介绍了ABS和PMMA的种类和配比对合金性能的影响,以及增容剂在改善ABS和PMMA界面相容性、提高合金力学性能和表面硬度方面的作用。并介绍了PC等塑料和无机填料等在ABS/PMMA合金中的应用以及对合金性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The research progresses of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(ABS)/poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) alloy with high-gloss and free-spraying were reviewed. The influences of the types of ABS and PMMA,the blending ratio of the two plastics on the alloy properties were introduced. The effects of compatibilizers on enhancing the interfacial compatibility of ABS and PMMA,improving the mechanical properties and surface hardness of ABS/PMMA alloy were summarized. The use of polycarbonate and other plastics,inorganic fillers,etc. in ABS/PMMA alloy system and their effects on the properties of ABS/PMMA alloy were presented.
